I Have Odd Looking Grass Type Taking Hold In Back Garden Unsure If It Is Grass Variety Or Other Plant

I have notice two patches of a low growing creeping plant in patches in my rear lawn. I purchased seed which had several fine lawn types but this looks different. See photos. I am not sure whether to leave it or dig out. We have rabbits running free on the lawn so it is kept very short more than ideal including winter but this seems to bounce back sooner than the other grass types

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the issue in question. I would recommend contacting your local agricultural extension service and taking samples up to them. They will be able to identify the grass in question.
