I have not tested my soil and about to plant my garden. How much blood meal should I use when planting each plant watermelon, tomatoes,

peppers, cucumbers? Or should I not use, since I haven’t had my soil tested?

Without testing your soil, you won’t really know what you need to add. The instructions will likely tell you to add based on how much is lacking.
