Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI put styrofoam cones on them for winter but when I took off the cone, the leaves were still attached and very dry. Do I take all the dead leaves off my knockout roses?

The best time to prune knockout roses, and get those dead leaves off, is in the early spring.
