hardy hibiscus leaves curling

I have hardy hibiscus plants. Leaves are curling up but still green. What is problem? We have had a lot of rain in our area.

Heavy rainfall could be an issue.
I would inspect plant carefully. Look for signs of insects. I do see some leaf damage in the image.
The heavy rains and damp weather could also have invited a fungal disease.

Neem Oil would be a good treatment as it acts as both a pesticide and fungicide.
