Q.I have four large sago palm in my front yard. each of them have two large cones on them at least twenty inches long. The plants ar
e at least four feet tall. all of the leaves are pruned off. What do i do to help them grow new leaves.

This is the tree's last attempt at reproduction. This is common when all fronds are removed, as this will easily kill a sago. There is a chance that it will send up replacement pups to start over, but these larger stalks are, now, on their way out.
