Cosmos Flowers
Q.

I have cosmos which are about 3′ tall, beautiful plants with no flowers. Will they bloom now or is it too late??

The plants are in an enclosed garden west facing , evening sun.

I'm not familiar enough with the climate in your country to be able to tell you whether they will continue or not.
