-Its on my balcony in so. California which gets very hot in the summer. I haven’t had any blossoms lately, water it well and feed . Can I trim because it’s getting very busy and when can I expect blossoms. Thank you so much.

Yes, if you signed up for an email you should be receiving them. Your shrub should flower all summer. It may not be getting enough water. Here is more on its care:
