brown elongated like scratches on apples

Question

I have apples that have these brown elongated like scratches on the apples. I spray them with insect and disease control ever 10-14 days. No insects or scab present.

The leaves and apple look quite healthy. The small markings on the fruit can simply be the results of environmental exposure.
Rain alone can cause markings on the apples that have nothing but a cosmetic effect on the fruit.
