I Have An Invasion Of Nasturtium, All Spreading With Big Leaves Galore But No Flowers…

Question

Every year these plants, usually with lots of flowers self seed. However this year I spread some blood and bone on the poor soil which now I know was a mistake! Could this be rectified? How do I get some blooms? Tks.
