I have a wrought iron fence and want a fast growing plant that is evergreen

The plant must grow densely, be evergreen and grow to a height of about 3 metres. We will be planting the Evergreen hedge in Israel. So please help me to make sure it is availlable in ISRAEL.

Here are a few suggestions: English yew, common juniper, Chinese holly, little leaf boxwood, wax myrtle.
