Q.I have a Viburnum plicatum Kilimanjaro Sunrise. I bought it in flower, after which, the red berries appear. This has not happened,
and the leaf looks rather ‘drooped’. Can you advise me please on how to look after this lovely plant? Where am I going wrong? This is my first year of gardening!

I'm not sure if your concern is that the plant has not produced berries or just that it looks droopy. Make sure it isn't sitting in water and that the soil is draining well. Your plant may simply be finished for the year and preparing to drop its leaves, since it is deciduous. Sometimes it takes a couple years of being established in a new spot before these plants fully thrive.
