I have a triple foxtail palm.

I have a triple foxtail palm and one of the three palms is a lot smaller. Can I cut that palm without hurting the other two?

You can cut this shoot if you would like, without harm to the palm. They will grow just fine in a cluster like this, though if you choose to keep it.
