I have a spider like web growing on my kumquat tree. It’s in the leaves and on the trunk of the tree.

I see no insects or spiders. What is this and how do I treat it?

This is from spider mites. Spider mites are so tiny they can appear like a dusting of pepper on the undersides of leaves.Treat your tree with neem oil to stop the spread of these pests. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/citrus/citrus-mite-problems.htm [1]
