I have a rubber tree plant. I believe it is a Jade. The leaves have been falling off. Am I watering it too much or too little.

When I purchased the plant it was very full. It has a good spot on my lanai, away from direct sun but plenty of light and it is very warm there.

It is usually from underwatering. Water when the top of the soil just feels dry to the touch. Here is more:
