Q.I have a plumeria that has been touched by frost.

Zone Phoenix | Anonymous added on February 19, 2020 | Answered

I had two plumerias and one was bitten by frost and started to lose its leaves. The frost did not hurt the other. The stalk seems to be getting softer, and I’m afraid I will lose it. Can I cut the stalk? Help.

Yes, if it is starting to rot, then this will be your only option. Then wait and hope for recovery. This article will give you more information on the care of Plumerias: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/plumeria/growing-plumeria.htm
