Q.I Have A Patio Rose Ruby Wishes.The Buds Seem To Be Dropping Off Early.Could Anyone Help Me On This Please.
Good morning I have a patio rose Ruby Wishes.The buds seem to be dropping off early and they are looking as if they have been decapitated but they are just falling off I have never seen this before the rest of the rose ie Leaves blooms are just fine can anyone help please.

Sometimes cluster-bloomers, like this, will abort them due to climatic or other reasons, but this could also be a sign of rose rosette disease-

My apologies I reside in the UK and we have never had a case of Rose Rosette here
but thank you for your answer I am a Rosarian but I have never seen this before
