I have a money plant and the leaves are falling off but the other one I have seems ok.

I don't know what kind of plant you're referring to -- there are at least half a dozen plants that have "money plant" attached to them as a common name. However, if leaves are falling off a plant, the first thing to investigate is the soil. It might be too wet or too dry.
