I have a huge avocado tree with large smooth skinned fruit that stays green when ripe

Never see this type In a store. A bit watery for guac.but delicious on a sandwich or salad. Can you name that tune ?

Avocados that come from California have pebbly skin. Florida growers use a different cultivar that has smooth skin. In total, there are 15 cultivars.
