Q.I Have A Haworthia Plant In Bloom.
My Haworthia plant has produced a very long stem from the middle of the plant. This branched out into 4 other stems with very minute blooms. They really didn’t open. So should I cut this off or no? Hopefully you get my photo.

If you want to look at the bloom for awhile before pruning it, then that is about all you will get from it! That is pretty much what it does.
When you are ready, then prune it off! It won't hurt it, at all.
