Q.I Have A Citron Daylily That Does Not Have A Complete Fan All Around The Center, Only 2 Sides Of Fans.

I have a partial fan of daylilies looks healthy but does not fan leaves all around just 2 directions. It appears healthy, bloomed a few years and then stopped. It gets care. I live in Colorado with a dry climate. Help
