When is the best time to pick the flowers from the plant? I am happy to have these blooms and would love to pick them. But I’m afraid of hurting the plant. Thanks.

There is really no specific time to pick fresh flowers from the plant, though most people like to do it in the morning or evening hours when they are looking their best. It will not hurt the shrub to pick them, though you may want to use a pair of hand pruners to cut the flowers rather than pulling them. A clean cut is always better than a ragged tear.
