Q.I Have A 2 Year Old PeeGee Hydrangea Tree That Has Started To Open Its Leaves.On A Section Of The Tree The Leaves Appear Wilty And

It looks like the rootstalk was allowed to grow. Grafted trees have a different rootstalk which is attached to a scion, or the upper part of the tree. I would cut out the part that doesn't look like the Pee Gee.
