bird of paradise plant

I have a 10 foot tall white Bird of Paradise (indoor and pot planted). When the leaf shoots are emerging, should I help unroll them as they open? Some of the leaves are partially unrolled and the remainder of the leaf is still coiled.

Increase the amount of sunlight that your plants are receiving.
