I have 5 weeping cherry trees and only one of them looks like it’s dying. What can I do to save this one tree?

There are many things that could be killing the tree. The most common are pests, fungus and watering issues. Treat the plant with a fungicide and a pesticide for possible pest and fungus issues. Also, check the roots to be sure that there is not anything wrong with them that could be preventing it from taking up water.
