Q.I Have 3 Crepe Myrtle Trees

Zone East Central FL | ehwitt added on May 12, 2012 | Answered

Leaves are turning brown and curling. The trees are approximately 3 years old. They get plenty of sun. Never had flowers on the trees. This happens every year. What can I do to cure/prevent it?

This sounds like either the tree is not getting enough water or there is a fungus on the leaves. Treat the tree with a fungicide, like neem oil or copper sulfate, and then also increase water to the tree for a bit. This article should help with the flowering issue: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/crepe-myrtle/crepe-myrtle-not-blooming.htm
