My Sago Palms tops have died. Can I have them cut off about 2 feet off the ground? They are about 10 feet tall.

Sagos usually don't take that well to pruning, though you should go ahead and cut back all of the dead growth as this will not regrow. However, I would leave anything that is green. It is hard to say how well they will grow back. Sago palms do not dea lwell with lost fronds, but they have been known to recover fine.
