Q.I Have 12 Pups On My Beautiful 15 Yr Old Sego.
Will they cause damage to the mother plant? Should I remove them? The main trunk appears to be wet. The sun can’t get to it.Will it rot.

Yes, pups can be removed when they have their own root system developed. If the ones causing wetness to accumulate have their own roots, I would remove them. I too would be worried about excessive moisture and lack of light causing root rot.
