Q.I Have 1 Calla Lily Plant And Need To Know How To Keep It Alive And Have It Flower Again?

Should I replant and change dirt? I have never owned a Calla Lily plant and want it to live as it is so beautiful! Or should I put my Calla Lily bulb in a glass of water and see if that brings it back to life? I have not taken it out of the dirt in the pot that it came in but wonder how to keep it alive so it will bloom in the spring if that is when it will bloom. I have no idea. Please help me. My Calla Lily will be kept in my apartment and not outside. Thank you. I need help desperately.
