I Had To Dig Up Some 4 Oclock Tubers And One Had Already A Foot Of Leaves I Potted In A Big Pot And Fertilized.

Now its droopy. Please help

The droopiness could be from the transplant and should perk up in a few days as it gets established. It also could be that the soil is overfertilized. Four o'clocks actually prefer poor to average soil. Watering well can remove some of the fertilizer.
