hibiscus not flowering

I grow hibiscus in summer and bring them in the garage for winter. I live in Ohio. When I bring them out in spring, they grow, but no flowers. What should I do?

Have you fertilized? They need nutrients to form buds.

Are they receiving adequate sunlight? Hibiscus need plenty of watering to produce blossoms.
