Q.I Got Spider Mites On My Lemon Tree And My Dwarf Blue Aloe Last Winter When I Brought Them Inside. I Have Sprayed With Neem Oil

You can spray water on your lemon tree leaves to knock some off and also try a miticide since you've been using Neem oil without much success.

I wouldn't douse your aloe with water but try the miticide.
