Q.I Cut 2 Year Old Black Lace Elder Down To Ground Level Late Winter I Thought It Would Be Shooting Now But No Signs Of Life At All
in March. Should I dig it up and buy a new one? Or just wait a bit longer. It’s in a very sheltered part of the garden and in full sun.
