Q.I Broke A Branch On My Hellebore. Can I Plant It In Dirt?

Zone 31419 | Lgorder45 added on March 23, 2023 | Answered

It looked like there was a little root coming out of the lower part of the branch. I put it in dirt. Will it root? Or, do I put it in water to root?

Actually, if you are already seeing roots, then it is a good chance that it will root just fine in soil! Division is a common way to get more of these, anyway, so this will be just like a division.
