I bought 2 cyclamens in big square planters for the garden.

Question

Do I pick off dead flowers, leaves and/or stems? If yes, for the last two, do I do so at the base?

You can dead head the spent flowers by removing them with a small scissors or snips. Cut them down as low as you can in the plant crown.
