Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comthese weird dots have appeared. I did some research and learned that I should cut them off.. so I did, but I’m not sure if I should cut the whole thing off the ones that are infected? Help:)

It may be damage from aphids. Did you inspect the underside of the leaves for pests? Instead of cutting off anymore, I would use the spray in this article to treat for insects:
