Q.I Am Having A Problem With My Sago Palm. I Live In Ny But Take It Inside During Winter
The palms leaves sagged and browned. I will attach pictures. The center still looks ok.

This can be due to a sudden change in environment, paired with soil that remains wet for too long. It is common for a Sago to get sick when their surroundings change, too fast.
