Q.kiwi vines

Zone 97058 | Anonymous added on May 11, 2016 | Answered

I already have a large male and a small female Kiwi vine with blossoms but never produces. Do I need to plant a couple more female? If so, what kind? I planted a male and female about 5 years ago. I get blossoms every year but never any fruit. Thank-you, Florence

Kiwi's often take several years to mature and usually do not bear fruit until they are 5 to 9 years old. So, the best thing I can prescribe at this time is some patience.
