Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI am told that it is easy to propagate hydrangeas but I have not had much success. I have two shoots now that have been in water since July. They have new leaves but no roots. What am I to do with them now? I have also tried rooting hormone and planting others but nothing has gotten me new plants.
