Hydrangeas

If my hydrangeas are only growing at the base of the plant, what do I do to fix the problem? Thank you.

This would indicate that your hydrangea is not quite suited to your area. It is able to regrow from the roots, but cannot maintain stems over the winter. You will need to winterize your hydrangea to get the stems to survive.
