I was wondering if you could help me. My friend has this Hydrangea and I am trying to find out its name so I can buy one, can you help please.

Check out the mophead hydrangeas (H. macrophylla). They have the round balls and the large leaves. There are several varieties that look similar so it would be hard to identify the name, but looking for macrophylla should get you off in the right direction. (Just doing a quick Internet search for white mophead hydrangeas it looks a lot like Onyx Zebra Mophead, Blushing Bride or White Swan.)
