Hydrangeas

The leaves on my hydrangeas are turning brown and crumbling. I planted them on the north side of the house. I water them everyday unless it rains, then I give them a break. The flowers are pink, which I know means the soil isn’t very acidic. Am I doing something wrong or is this picture normal? Any tips???

This article will refresh you on the care needed. If this is an established Hydrangea and the soil is loamy and well drained, you are likely watering too much.
A deep watering once a week should be sufficient.
