Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI want to bring the hydrangea in for the winter. It is in a large container. When I did this in the past, pretty soon tiny bugs were coming out of the dirt. How can I avoid that?

You can use Neem Oil to treat the plant and soil.
This will act as a insecticide and fungicide.
