Hybrid Lemonaid producing Manderins instead of lemons

How can I make this tree produce the wonderful lemons and not the bitter manderins

It sounds like your tree may have been taken over by the root stock.
If the grafted tree died off, there is nothing that can be done.
If you have branches growing from below the graft line, these should be pruned off of the plant.
