Q.Hibiscus Insects
I have two hibiscus trees and seven normal potted hibiscus. Only one tree has small insects on it and I just want to know what they are and how to treat them. The tree also has a few yellow leaves and blooms are small and don’t last long. What do I need to do or buy to remedy the problem?

Insect pests that may affect hibiscus trees include gall midge, thrips, spider mites, mealy bugs, aphids, whiteflies, and the hibiscus beetle. In addition to insecticidal sprays or neem oil, placing yellow sticky traps (which they find attractive) near the plant may help catch and eliminate them.
