Q.Hyacinths

Anonymous added on January 26, 2014 | Answered

The flowers on my indoor hyacinths have now shrivelled, but the stems and leaves are still strong. Is this the end of them or should I cut the stems and would they regrow?

This is the end for this year. I would recommend that you cut the stem (but not the leaves). This will keep the plant from producing seeds and allow it to store energy for next year's bloom.
