Q.Hyacinth from last year
I have a potted hyacinth from last spring. After it died off, I cut off the dead growth and I put the pot out in my garage and did nothing. Now, February in Oklahoma, I noticed it is sprouting green leaves about one inch tall. I brought it indoors and watered it. I would like to plant it outside, but not sure if I should do it now or wait or just keep it indoors again this year.

Hyacinth need a cooling period in order to bloom.
You would be best to keep the bulb potted or lift and store the bulbs each winter in a cool location.
