Hyacinth bean vine disease

New leaves on my hyacinth bean vine are shriveling , is this a disease? It is not wilting.

Difficult to say from description.
Leaves can wilt from over or underwatering, leaf curl can be due to pests or disease.
Wind damage can also cause leaves to die off.
