I would like to grow Hyacinths indoors throughout the year. Is it possible to plant bulbs in different pots spacing planting them a few weeks apart to insure continued blossoms throughout the year?

Yes, you can force bulbs through out the year--you just have to provide the correct chilling period.
Date the bulbs and keep a chart of when to remove then from the cold period.
