have sweet potato with sprouts how to grow them

I bought a sweet potato from grocery store forgot about it and it now has roots or sprouts or something growing from it.

how to I get them to grow

You'll need to cut the potato apart and plant the pieces that have eyes/sprouts on them. Here's a good article that should help:
