Huron cabbage

My cabbage is still in my garden. I want to keep it in the garden as long as possible before moving them to my root cellar. What is the lowest temperature the cabbage are able to take, prior to my harvesting them?

Thank you.

Cabbage can continue thriving in light freezing temperatures, and even as low as 26 degrees, even if they’ve been snowed on. Temperatures lower than this, or sustained temperatures below 28 degrees, can damage the leaves, so they should be harvested before this happens. Some cabbage varieties are even more cold hardy than this.
